Ethical Enterprising Employee Survey

How do you get Trust in the work environment?... primarily through leadership with high personal character and operating with ethical management practices.

How ethical is your organization?  Too often in business we do not realize the impact that our communications and practices have on how ethically we are… or are perceived and consequently the level of trust generated.  Leaders who care, want to get a diagnosis from time to time.

The Center For Character Ethics (CFCE) has created a very simple means for leaders to gain a diagnosis and aid to help communications and make positive changes in practices.

The EthicalEnterprising Employee Survey:

  • It is confidential – employees take the survey anonymously; the responses are only shared in aggregate; the leader receives the Summary Report
  • It is easy – employees are given a web address and a pass code and can take the survey from any computer
  • It is quick – it will take about 15 minutes
  • It is low cost – firms will pay $50 - $600 depending on size of organization
  • Leaders are supported – templates are provided for leader communication internally to announce and seek participation; instructions are provided to guide assessment and action using the results
